RUBAG Decantation and Neutralization Tank, 5 m³

This particularly narrow 5-m³ decantation and neutralization tank was developed specifically for construction sites with limited space in both building construction and civil engineering. Measuring just 1 meter wide and 3 meters long, it is ideal for tight construction sites as well as for use on streets and sidewalks.

The combination tank developed by RUBAG reliably treats and neutralizes alkalineconstruction site wastewater (small to medium volumes) with low turbidity. Neutralization is performed either manually or using an automatic neutralization system, depending on your needs. We also offer the appropriate neutralization accessories.

Decantation and neutralization in one: The combination tank removes solids from contaminated construction site wastewater while simultaneously neutralizing it. Neutralization can be performed manually or automatically, as needed.

Only 1 meter wide: Thanks to its particularly narrow design, the decantation and neutralization tank is ideal for construction sites with limited space as well as for use on streets and sidewalks. At just one meter wide, it fits on standard sidewalks.

Easy pH measurement: The pH probe can be conveniently removed from the front of the equipment cabinet. This simplifies monitoring and maintenance without having to climb onto the tank.

Practical connections: Storz couplings enable quick and easy connection. Two external 3"-Storz water inlets are available for water pumps in the excavation pit.

Lockable equipment cabinet: The standard, lockable equipment cabinet offers ample space for the neutralization system and two CO₂ gas cylinders.

Easy transport: Stacker fork slots and crane eyes allow for quick and easy loading and relocation of the tank.

Swiss Made: Developed and manufactured in Switzerland, this water protection system features a robust design and is specifically tailored to the requirements of Swiss construction sites.

• 1 settling chamber with oil-water partition wall
• 1 neutralization chamber with overflow channel for final pH check
• Two pH measurement points—one inside and one outside—for manual or automatic measurement
• Lockable equipment cabinet, including 2 gas cylinder holders

To neutralize, you will also need:

• RUBAG neutralization kit (manual neutralization)
