RUBAG combi tanks Diesel AdBlue EnergyTender

The RUBAG combi tank type EnergyTender combines diesel and AdBlue in a single mobile double-walled tank and is specially designed for the requirements on Swiss construction sites. It is a ready-to-use tank system that is also approved for transporter on a trailer.

The Diesel-AdBlue combi tank is available in various sizes (995 to 3,000 liters) and versions (with or without storage space).

Advantages of this combi tank compared to a conventional diesel tank

• 2-in-1 solution: No need for a separate tank adblue - diesel and AdBlue are available in a single system.
• AdBlue protected from the cold: The AdBlue container (plastic) integrated in the diesel tank is better protected from low temperatures. The diesel flows around the urea tank, which delays cooling. Although the quality of the AdBlue medium is not impaired by freezing, the volume expansion can damage tanks and components.
• Ready-to-use tank system: As an approved Swiss construction site tank, the diesel AdBlue tank is ready for immediate use on the construction site. A refueling pump is integrated as standard.
• Double-walled design: Double-walled tanks offer maximum safety thanks to their inner tank and outer tank design, as the second shell acts as a collection pan. They protect against environmental pollution and enable permanent leakage monitoring.
• Unique material: Magnelis®-coated components offer up to 10 times more corrosion protection than conventional galvanizing. The reinforced steel construction and high material thickness ensure a long service life of the tank, even with intensive use.
• Transport approval according to ADR: The tank meets all regulations for diesel transport in Switzerland.
• Space-saving storage: Thanks to integrated stacking profiles, several combi tanks can be stacked on top of each other.
• Versatile accessories: In addition to the standard equipment, numerous accessories such as alternative pump systems, hose reels or a suitable trailer are available. As an option, the tank system can also be equipped with a generator set and thus operated via a power generator, ideal for self-sufficient operations.

Standard equipment

In the standard version, the AdBlue tank (plastic tank) is located in the middle of the diesel tank (double-walled tank).

Special versions of the combi tank

EnergyTender K version: This variant of the diesel tank adblue is longer than the standard version because it has additional storage space. The small cabinet is accessible from above with a lid.

Our customers like to use the storage space for equipment such as hose reels.

A large 450 or 600 liter tank adblue can also be installed here as an option.

Only available for sizes 995, 1150 and 2200 - not for 3000.

EnergyTender KD version: The KD version is an extension of the K version. The storage compartment is additionally equipped with a lockable door. This version of the combi tank is particularly suitable if a power generator or other system is to be installed that must be easily accessible.

EnergyTender HC version: The "High Cube" version offers a high design with a large capacity of 3,000 liters, which means that the tank remains compact and space-saving.

Only for size 3000.
