RUBAG 4R2045 RH (Turbo) Wheel Dumper

The RUBAG 4R2045 RH wheel dumper impresses with its narrow design, powerful drive, and unique body design. Its 44-kW Yanmar turbo diesel engine delivers powerful performance—even on inclines, uneven terrain, and when fully loaded. Four entry points on all sides make it easy for the driver to access the dumpers.

With a width of just 1,650 mm and an unloaded weight of approximately 2,560 kg, this wheel dumper can be easily transported on a 3.5-metric-ton trailer.

Standard equipment on the dump truck includes a Rockinger tow hook with a 3,200 kg towing capacity and a highly wear-resistant dump bed made of Hardox steel.

Body design

The new hydraulic round tipping trough of the 4R2045 RH impresses with its well-thought-out design, featuring a large tipping angle and optimized discharge. The trough is built without corners or struts, ensuring complete emptying without residue. The body floor is made of extremely robust Hardox steel as standard. The body is driven by a large slewing ring and two hydraulic motors.

All-Wheel Drive and Traction

Thanks to its permanent all-wheel drive, this off-road dumper offers outstanding traction, even on difficult or steep terrain. In combination with the robust articulated pendulum joint, the dumpers effortlessly adapt to the challenges of the terrain and ensure exceptional stability. The powerful drivetrain delivers an impressive rear towing capacity.

Safety and Comfort

The safety bar protects the operator and can be easily folded down using gas springs when passing under low clearances or for transport. The high seating position ensures excellent all-around visibility, which significantly improves safety on the job site. For added convenience, the operator can enter and exit the machine from four points (left, right, front, and rear). Additionally, the dump body features a raised rear edge that protects the operator from flying debris.

Quick Access to the Engine

The engine, mounted at the rear, is quickly and easily accessible thanks to side-opening doors, allowing service and maintenance work to be performed quickly and easily.
