Chassis:
Tandem chassis with rubber spring axles and independent wheel suspension; precision roller bearings on the wheels.
The height-adjustable drawbar tube is equipped with a ball coupling.

Superstructure:
Two swivel arms are attached to the base frame. Loading is carried out by a mounted hydraulic unit which is powered by a gasoline engine.
The hydraulic cylinders are equipped with load holding valves. This is an important safety feature. It prevents the drum from falling in the event of oil loss from the hydraulic system.

Hydraulic drive motor:
Hydraulic drive of the loading/unloading device and cable drum rotary drive by a four-stroke petrol engine. Shifting, loading/unloading and drum rotation are controlled by hydraulic valves.
All components, hydraulic unit with engine drive and control valves, are permanently mounted on the front cross member of the trailer. In addition, the drum rotation drive can be controlled via a remote control at the rear right of the trailer (left - right, slow - fast). The operator can always keep an eye on the unwinding and rewinding cable.
The cable drum is driven by interchangeable rubber rollers on both flanged pulleys. The maximum torque of the drive rollers is approx. 220 Nm, with a force of approx. 5 kN acting on the edge of the cable drum.

Motor cover:
Cover made of stainless sheet steel, can be hinged - operation with locked cover possible!!!

Brake system:
Inertia brake in type-tested design with automatic reverse. A parking brake is fitted in accordance with legal regulations.

Lighting:
Surface-mounted lights, including rear fog light, 12 V, as well as a 13-pin connection cable.

Paintwork:
With high-quality synthetic resin paint RAL 7022, umbra gray

Electronic dynamometer:
The electronic dynamometer C3 shows the current retraction force.
The pulling force data from the pulling process can be transferred to a USB memory stick and later displayed and read out on a suitable computer.
The dynamometer C3 switches off the pulling operation when a pre-set pulling force limit value is reached.
