RUBAG Gravel and Sand Filter, 9.5 m³

The RUBAG gravel and sand filter is used for the post-treatment of construction site wastewater. The mobile filtration system reliably removes sediments and suspended solids with a filtration capacity of approximately 15–20 m³/h. 

The gravel and sand filter system, with a volume of 9.5^{m³, is} installed downstream of the neutralization tank and adds an additional mechanical filtration stage to the water treatment process.

Advantages of a Gravel and Sand Filter

Efficient filtration of suspended solids: The gravel and sand filter is used for decantation and filtration of suspended solids from heavily turbid construction site wastewater.

High filtration capacity: With a capacity of approximately 15–20 m³/h, the filter is also suitable for larger volumes of water generated at construction sites.

Easy gravel discharge: Thanks to its well-designed construction without baffle plates, the gravel can be easily discharged using a Welaki. An additional suction dredge is not necessary—the container is simply tipped to empty it.

Flexible water inlet: The water inlet can be rotated 180° and is removable. This allows the filter to be flexibly integrated into the existing water treatment system on the construction site.

Ideal complement to neutralization: The gravel and sand filter is installed downstream of the neutralization tank and adds an additional mechanical filtration stage to the water treatment process.
