Our specially developed bobbin trailer for the transporter of cable reels: This cable drum trailer is easy to operate and is optimally adapted to its intended use in cable network construction.

This model is a single-axle trailer with a tiltable drum mount. The cable reel is loaded using a manual cable winch.

Product

A cable transport trailer is indispensable for cable laying, which is why this bobbin trailer is the bestseller among our cable network construction customers. Thanks to the tiltable drum holder, it is extremely easy to load and unload using a winch by just one person. All steel parts are hot-dip galvanized.

Basic equipment of this cable drum trailer

Chassis

  • Single axle with rubber spring axles
  • Rigid drawbar with ball head coupling
  • Inertia brake with automatic reverse and parking brake
  • SVG lighting 12 V with 13-pin connection cable

Superstructure:

  • 2 swivel arms on the base frame
  • With cable winch or hydraulic cylinder, depending on version
  • 1 drum axle with 2 drum axle clamps (Ø 76 mm)
