As a family-run Swiss construction machinery dealer, RUBAG is characterized by a 120-year tradition. Since 1904, we have been passionately selling, renting and repairing construction machinery, containers, trailers and small equipment and are committed to continuously developing our range - with the mission of meeting our customers' needs quickly and with individual solutions.
We are looking for a qualified, motivated team member at our location in Grellingen with immediate effect or by arrangement.
Your area of responsibility:
- Management and coordination of the workshop team
- Planning and organization of service assignments and support of customer orders
- Workshop administration, reporting and material orders
- Spare parts management for the workshop
- Repair and service work on water protection systems, fuel tanks and hazardous substance storage facilities
What you score with:
- Completed technical training (e.g. mechanic, commercial vehicle mechanic, power tool mechanic)
- Professional experience in the workshop area.
- Management experience or willingness to lead a team.
- You can communicate easily in German, both orally and in writing. Knowledge of French is an advantage.
- Valid driver's license with trailer (BE), forklift test an advantage.
- Experience in planning and coordinating service assignments.
- You think in a networked, solution- and customer-oriented way.
- You are known as a helpful, committed and flexible person who likes to lend a hand.
